Services can be done by the piece, or by the hour, this twin path approach is both economical and efficient for the client.

The standard hourly rate is familiar to everyone using 3rd party containment, inspection and certification services. C.I.C.S. Has perhaps the lowest rate for off- premises out-sorts in the country.

Most C.I.C.S. in-house activities are priced on a per 1000 basis, easily converted to a piece price. Your cost advantage here is found when you consider our controlled environment. Technique management has been established, Material handling is efficient without lag time or support issues. Time studied performance guidelines have been developed for most all automotive components. The result is scheduled completions, committed deliveries, lower costs, and shortened problem resolution time.

Operations within C.I.C.S. Use the most efficient manual techniques, specially designed "sort" tables, auxiliary light or tools when required, and a staff of talented inspectors dedicated to making you happy.

Understanding your need for an effective and efficient containment of your issue, our motivated and supervised staff is familiar with activities in manufacturing plants.

Outside on-site inspectors, are led by supervisors with experience. Recognizing that we are guests and functioning within the host facilities as your representative. C.I.C.S. trains the entire staff in the proper recognition of plant rules, cooperation, safety guidelines and strives to get in, finish the job, and get out.

Before the decision is made to "do it your self" calculate the lost opportunity cost to your staff, the disruption of product flow and work space, travel expense, labor with benefits, and lost customer confidence. The actual cost if it can be determined will be sharply higher than C.I.C.S's. third party cost.
